Ready to add Catherine Pooler merchandise to your store? We work with brick & mortar and online retail stores who specialize in paper crafting supplies, including stamps, dies and/or inks. Businesses must hold a reseller's license. There is no cost to sign up for a wholesale account, but you must complete the following steps:

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
I will resell the items purchased from Catherine Pooler Designs under this Resale Certificate in the form of tangible property during the regular course of my business operations.
As a wholesaler, I have permission to sell Catherine Pooler Designs items from my brick & mortar & online stores.
I will not sale Catherine Pooler Designs products on Etsy, Amazon or other 3rd party websites.
I will not make any use of the items purchased for personal reasons, other than for demonstration and display purposes in association with reselling the tangible property in the course of my business operations. I will not re-sale to other retail establishments. I understand that if I use items as such, I will then owe additional use taxes based on the purchase price of each item or as provided by the law. Reseller has a non-exclusive right to advertise, and sell Catherine Pooler Designs products to ,
purchasers for at least MSRP* or as listed in the Discounting section in this document.

Wholesaler should price all Catherine Pooler Designs products within 10% of the current retail price listed at www.shop.catherinepooler.com. Additional Promotions’ or Sales’ should not last longer than 3 consecutive days* and not exceed 20% off the current price listed in the CPD Wholesale Pricing List. (*craft shows can not discount product by more than 10%) New release products may not be discounted more than 10% off retail during release week. Release week is defined as the 5 days after general ordering begins.
All items purchased from Catherine Pooler Designs are to be resold in the original packaging/labeling.
A minimum quantity of 3 of each SKU is required. Opening orders must meet a $500 minimum. Restocking orders have a $150 minimum.
Wholesale discount equals 50% off list price for Catherine Pooler stamps and inks.
Blocks, Cardstock and Dies wholesale discounts vary and will be determined by CP Designs & listed on the CPD wholesale website. Exceptions apply for Catherine Pooler trunk shows.
Payment is required at the time of order. All orders will be charged a shipping & handling fee.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped using USPS.
Wholesale Partners may use their carrier accounts if preferred (DHL, FED EX, UPS)
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been processed.
In Stock merchandise will ship within 3-5 Business days. Packages are not insured.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
You may return unopened and unused product for a store credit within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective. Returned items should be packaged securely and shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation. We cannot process returns for items which arrive damaged or are lost in transit. If you receive a defective product contact us within 14 days of receipt.
I agree to comply with the release dates of new product established by Catherine Pooler Designs. I will not share information about new products or sell to the public before the release date set by CP Designs.
